We put a lot of efforts on the products. No cancellation of order is accepted.
We know sometime it is hard to make choice. If your idea changed, at least 24 hours notification for order changing is required.
Flowers and plants are fragile. Welcome to ask for the caring instruction. Please take good care of them.
Flowers and plants are living creatures. They really come from the soil under the care of mother earth. Please appreciate the variation in colors, shapes of the flowers and plants, even when there are some bites on them.

Delivery charge for flowers and plants vary depending on area:
- Kowloon Bay Studio Pickup - FREE
- Hong Kong Island - $150
- Kowloon - $120
- Tuen Mun, Yuen Long & North District - $280
- Rest of New Territories (except Islands) - $200
- Outlying Islands - Depends (Please contact us for details)
Handcrafts and Objects are free delivery.
Online order is not available for same-day delivery. Please contact us for urgent orders.
Urgent order or specific delivery time and method may lead to an extra charge.
Delivery time may subject to traffic situations.
The delivery charge is for one delivery only.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the bouquet will be brought back to our studio and an extra delivery charge would be required for the second delivery.
